Developed from military obstacle course training, Parkour is an exciting and challenging sport with a fast growing global community. It is the non-competitive physical discipline of training to move freely over and through any terrain using only the abilities of the body, principally through running, jumping, climbing and quadrupedal movement. Icon offers popular classes for both beginner and advanced Parkour classes in which athletes will develop and strengthen their functional strength and fitness, balance, agility, co-ordination, precision, control and creative vision.
Suitable for athletes with little to no previous experience.

Tuesday 5:45pm – 6:45pm
Athletes progressing onto the Intermediate class should have some competence in: vaults, cat pass, step-through, fly-through, dash vault, lazy vault, parkour roll, precision jumps and strides.
Friday 5:30pm – 6:30pm
Athletes progressing onto the Advanced class should have full competence in: vaults, cat pass, step-through, fly-through, dash vault, lazy vault, parkour roll, precision jumps and strides.
