Eliza began her coaching career at Icon Gymsports after completing the Icon mentor program in 2021. She has

over 10 years of experience in gymnastics and 4 years of cheerleading, and she competed at a state and national level for gymnastics in both 2018 and 2019. When she is not coaching in the gym, Eliza can be found playing league tag, or dancing contemporary and jazz.
