HOLIDAY SQUADS CLINIC
Come and enjoy a Bars and Beam specific clinic in the school holidays to work on refining current skills or learn new skills leading up to comp season!
Followed by open gym to work on those extra things or have some more fun
This clinic is available to Diamond, Lilac, Raven and Indigo
STRUCTURED CLINIC – 1:00-3:00pm
OPEN GYM – 2:30-3:00pm

HOLIDAY CHEER TUMBLE CLINIC
Come and enjoy a tumble clinic in the school holidays to work on refining current skills or learn new skills!
Followed by open gym to work on those extra things or have some more fun ????
This clinic is available to Copperheads, Serpents and Bombshell Boas

Holiday Program
2 different sessions, both full of fun! Attend a half day to experience one, or do a full day to enjoy both!
Fun sessions of gymnastics, cheerleading, nerf party, party games, scavenger hunt, ball games and more.
CRAFT + LUNCH:
Craft is included (free of charge) for any children booked into both Session 1 and Session 2 on the day. Children must bring their own lunch. Any children who do not wish to participate in craft activities will be welcome to do colouring-in or play board games instead.
FULL DAY BOOKINGS: (Session 1 and 2)
9am-3pm
Early drop off available from 7:30, Late Pick up available until 4:30pm (no extra charge, no booking required)
HALF DAY BOOKINGS:
Morning session 9am – 11:30pm (12:30pm pickup if craft package included ONLY)
Early drop off available from 7:30 (no extra charge, no booking required)
Afternoon session 12:30pm – 3pm (11:30pm dropoff if craft package included ONLY)
Late Pick up available until 4:30pm (no extra charge, no booking required)
*Drop-off and pick-up times are strictly enforced. Children picked up more than 10 minutes late will be incur a fee*
WHAT TO WEAR
Comfortable clothing in which children can move around and go upside down in. Socks and shoes are taken off, except for Cheerleading sessions (please wear sneakers to these sessions).
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will not be given under any circumstances. Credits will be applied where a Medical Certificate can be provided. Where possible, we will attempt to change booking days to accomodate a change in circumstances. This policy applies to all new and existing customers.
EARLY DROP OFF AND LATE PICK UP
Early drop off is from 7:30am and late pick up goes until 4:30pm.
LATE PICKUP CHARGE
Please note pick up and drop off times must be strictly adhered to; If you are late to pick your child up and it is the last session of the day you will be charged. By law, Icon is required to have two staff members stay with your child. After the first 10 minutes, you will be charged $25 per 15 minutes.
