We would love to host your special one’s next birthday party at Icon Gymsports! Our club boasts one of the leading gymnastics facilities on the North Shore. The Gym includes Olympic sized sprung floor, 10 metre trampoline, bars, beams and more! Our qualified and enthusiastic coaches will use all of this equipment and more for games, activities and circuits tailored to your child’s party needs. We run all types of parties including Gymnastics, Cheerleading or NERF

YOUR PARTY PACKAGE

1 hour and 15 minutes of games and gymnastics (or other chosen gym sport package) with Olympic sized sprung floor, 10 metre trampoline, bars and beams.
Followed by 30 minutes to eat and celebrate! Tables, chairs, happy birthday sign and table cloth. Please note Icon Gymsports does not provide food.
2 experienced and qualified coaches (additional coaches are included if numbers exceed 22); a minimum of one coach with First Aid qualifications.
Use of kitchenette: fridge/freezer space, bench space, kettle and microwave.

Our large facility allows us to host two separate parties at the same time using a dual station system.

HOW TO BOOK

All bookings must be completed exclusively through our Customer Portal or our mobile App. These platforms allow you to view real-time availability and secure your reservation instantly.

A non-refundable $150 deposit will be required at the time of booking to reserve your requested party date and time. Bookings are not considered final or able to be held without this deposit.

Once your party has been booked and deposit received you will be sent a confirmation email. Please feel free to use the invitations on our website!

COST

All party packages:

Up to 11 children $410
12 to 22 children $540

A non-refundable $150 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party time and date. The remainder is due 2 weeks before the party. We will process the final payment using the billing details we have on file two weeks prior to your party date..

Any more than 22 children require an additional coach and we must be notified of this at least 2 weeks prior to the party.

Party organisers can arrive at Icon 15 minutes prior to party time for setup and have 15 minutes after for pack up.

PLEASE NOTE: These party times are strictly enforced and are not negotiable. A $50 late fee will be charged if your party exceeds the scheduled booking time.
