We would love to host your special one’s next birthday party at Icon Gymsports! Our club boasts one of the leading gymnastics facilities on the North Shore. Your party gains you exclusive use of the entire gym including Olympic sized sprung floor, 10 metre trampoline, foam pits, bars, beams, separate party room and more! Our qualified and enthusiastic coaches will use all of this equipment and more for games, activities and circuits tailored to your child’s party needs. We run all types of parties including Gymnastics, Cheerleading, NERF or Open Gym parties! An exciting, memorable and all-weather party solution.

YOUR PARTY PACKAGE

1 hour and 15 minutes of games and gymnastics (or other chosen gym sport package) with Olympic sized sprung floor, 10 metre trampoline, foam pits, bars and beams.
Followed by 30 minutes in our large party room to eat and celebrate! Tables, chairs, happy birthday sign and table cloth. Please note Icon Gymsports does not provide food.
Exclusive use of the entire gym for the duration of the party.
2 experienced and qualified coaches (additional coaches are included if numbers exceed 22); a minimum of one coach with First Aid qualifications.
Use of kitchenette: fridge/freezer space, bench space, kettle and microwave.

HOW TO BOOK

Bookings can be made through our Customer Portal or over the phone during our office hours – or feel free to send us an email to request and discuss party times.

A member of our team will discuss your party needs with you and answer any questions you may have. We will be able to confirm the availability of dates and times and take the details of the booking.

A non-refundable $200 deposit will be required at the time of booking to reserve your requested party date and time. Bookings are not considered final or able to be held without this deposit.

Once your party has been booked and deposit received you will be sent a confirmation email. Please feel free to use the invitations on our website!

COST

All party packages (including NERF parties):

Up to 22 children $540
23-30 children $690
31-40 children $840

A non-refundable $200 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party time and date. The remainder is due 2 weeks before the party.

Any more than 22 children require an additional coach and we must be notified of this at least 2 weeks prior to the party.

Party organisers can arrive at Icon 15 minutes prior to party time for setup and have 15 minutes after for pack up.
